At LATTAR for Agarwood & Incense Trading, we aim to deliver your perfumes and fragrance products safely and on time.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

  • International shipping may be available for selected countries; please contact us at info@lattar.ae before placing an international order.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Time

  • UAE deliveries: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • GCC / International deliveries (if applicable): 5–10 business days, depending on customs and courier conditions.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to courier delays.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as stated on our website promotions).

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment status through our delivery partner’s website or through your LATTAR account (if registered).


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will contact you prior to delivery.

  • If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule.

  • Orders not received after two failed delivery attempts may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • We may request photo or video evidence of the packaging and item to process a replacement or refund.

  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery cannot be accepted.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • LATTAR will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
